The hair accessories are primarily called Dabkas ( ear covers ) and Latkans ( hair add ons)
I have been fascinated by Dabkas. I wish we can recreate few of them . Young girls wear Dabkas to cover ears but increasingly the practice going away.
The Dabkas can be used on hair ( I do that by attaching a simple tinch pin) or a brooch. Or simply put it on table as accent . Made of fabric / aged leather and beads completely done by hands , Dabkas open a whole bag of stories on Rabari costume culture.
Would request that you take it to a cobbler for fine stitch else may end up spoiling the piece .
